The A Maze In Life Counselling service was created in 2015 to meet the needs of individuals and couples struggling through the maze of life. We are based in The Hills District of Western Sydney in New South Wales, Australia.
Change is the only constant in life and sometimes we need a little assistance to help us discover ways to deal with all the changes we are experiencing. Here at A Maze In Life Counselling we believe that empowering people with tools and strategies for coping with life, will enhance their existence and lead them to being their authentic self.

Originally from England, I immigrated to Australia in 2006 with my husband. After living in Adelaide for 6 years my husband was given a transfer and we have been in Sydney since 2012.
Before starting a family I was a contracting accountant. It was not my passion in life and to be honest it was a struggle most mornings to get out of bed and into work. I knew that I didn't want to spend the rest of my life like this and even before having a family began to retrain as a counsellor.
In 2010 we sadly had to say goodbye to our first baby at 22 weeks. This event had a profound impact on my life. I fell into a very dark headspace. It has taken a lot of hardwork, personal growth and self awareness to be where I am today.
I am a passionate counsellor. I wish to empower and lift up other people who, for what ever reason, find themselves in that black hole. I also advocate for pregnancy loss and mental illness. I am currently studying toward a degree in counselling to ensure I am able to provide the very best to my clients.
My passion in life is to ensure that anyone suffering anxiety, depression, low self esteem, grief and loss, domestic abuse, bullying or any other issues know that they are not alone.
