Mindfulness - Some Helpful Hints

Today's post is about mindfulness. This is the practice of savouring the moment, being in the here and now and not letting worries about the future or the past interfering with the moment. Getting into the habit of doing this doesn't have to be hard. Just taking an extra moment to savour your favorite chocolate, wine or coffee. So take time, do something for you xx
