Hello,
I thought it was about time I introduced myself. I understand that making an appointment to see a therapist/counsellor/psychologist to talk about issues that you may have never discussed before is a massive step. Confiding in someone, who, to all intents and purposes is a complete stranger may be well and truly outside of your comfort zone. Well, for me, going on video and posting it online is way, way, way outside of my comfort zone. However, if posting this video helps you feel more confident in approaching someone, or making that appointment, my moment of discomfort is worth it.
